Mehra's journey

Mehra's path into energy healing began not in a classroom, but in the depths of her own healing journey. Like many who are called to this work, she first came to it as a seeker — searching for answers that conventional medicine and therapy could not fully provide.

It was through her own experiences with Jnana Kanda healing, Kundalini awakening, and the sacred traditions of Bali that Mehra discovered the profound power of energy work. What began as personal healing became a calling — a recognition that she was here to hold this space for others.
